Some models are more difficult to fold or store than others, making them less convenient. Graco FastAction 3 in 1 Car Seat Stroller is difficult to fold due to its large dimensions and heavy frames. The model also has a small canopy, which some testers find to be disappointing. However it is the Britax Parkway Click and Go Combo is easy to fold with pulling the lever and a click of a button. This model is also a great option for parents who intend to use their car seat on other people's vehicles as it is able to be easily removed from the base and reattached to any stroller that is standard.
Easy to Fold
It should be easy to unfold and fold the car seat, no matter if you're storing it in your trunk or the closet. The most effective combinations we've tested feature an easy one-handed fold that is compact and durable enough to be used for long walks. They're also easy to maneuver and glide effortlessly over uneven surfaces. Some combos can only be attached and detached by straps. This may feel like a second step and could make it harder for parents to secure their child's car seat correctly.

Easy to Assemble

Other models we tested, such as the UPPAbaby Minu, UPPAbaby Vista V2 Thule Urban Glide 2 and Baby Trend Snap-N-Go EX Universal, were also fairly easy to put together. The BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Combo however isn't easy to put together. It requires two steps: attaching the lower anchors and using straps that protect the bottom of the carrier. 2 in 1 infant car seat and stroller , so it takes two people to snap the carrier in the base, and then to remove it.
In our tests, it took us about 5 minutes to put the UPPAbaby Cruz v2 together. This is relatively fast when you consider the amount of time it can save by not having to remove all of the individual pieces. Most of these models have an easy method of attaching and detaching the toddler's seat, but there are other options as well.
